I have been working on a post and beam house in one of the canyons in Bel Air. It was built in 1964 on top on an old (1920’s) stone house, and the prior owners had not cared for it well at all.
Recently, I’ve been working on fixing the front of the house up to give it more curb appeal as well as added security and privacy.
It’s coming along…
The front entrance was completely redone with a new Mangaris Mahogany deck leading up to the house, the trim color was changed to Benjamin Moore Sharkskin, new house numbers from WestOn Letters, and the railing in the lower right hand corner of the photo was built to match the railing shown on the left side of the deck, much landscaping has been done as well… I wish that you had seen it before.
A close up of the new Mangaris deck. The house color is being changed to a warm light gray/beige.
A little peek at the side yard as seen from the front walk as you approach the front door…
